Hiring markets: counted talent pools by role and country

Tapflow publishes how many people hold each role today, where they work and what a search costs: 2 roles and 25 market pages, covering 2,804,534 people, counted November 2026.

Which roles are counted?

The roles teams have searched for on Tapflow, largest pool first:

How are these numbers counted?

Each figure is a count of live profiles whose current job title is the role (or a close variant), read from the index Tapflow searches. Numbers below 10 people are never published, and a page that would repeat another is held back. Pages are refreshed every week.

Start a search from any page, or let your assistant do it through the Tapflow API (docs, pricing).

How do I use a hiring market page?

Read the pool before you write the brief: a large market lets a search be strict about years, skills and industry, while a tight one needs related titles or nearby countries. When the numbers look right, start a search with the role in one sentence; Tapflow writes the ideal profile, screens the pool and returns a shortlist with the reasons for each person. See how a search works, the FAQ and the blog; agents can read llms.txt.

Frequently asked questions

Where do these numbers come from?

From the professional profiles Tapflow searches, counted by the job title each person holds today. They are counts, never estimates.

Why is my role not listed?

A role gets a page once teams have searched for it on Tapflow and its pool is large enough to publish without describing anyone. New pages are added every week.

Does a page show any person?

No. Pages show totals for groups of at least 10 people and company names where the craft is concentrated, never a person.
